Start with eligibility, then your bank

If your country or bank is not listed
Ask account support whether you can join before attempting a deposit. Use your own country and banking details; choosing another country or someone else's bank account will not make you eligible.
Returning to an existing account
Choose the existing-player access option and follow the authentication shown there. If it uses bank identification, use the bank linked to your account. When access fails, keep the error message and contact account support instead of opening a replacement account or trying to claim the first-deposit reward again.
